Are you stuck in a rut that you can’t seem to shake? Maybe you’re looking to change careers or find work you feel passionate about? You might feel paralyzed and purposeless, or possibly hesitant to seek assistance because of pride; you believe you should be able to figure it out on your own. Major career change can and should be a process—and an ongoing one. The time it takes to see results will can vary based on your individual goals and where you are in your career in the present. We may be able to work through resume and interview preparation with you within a short time, but working through issues of self-doubt, confidence, and negativity could take significantly longer. Large change doesn’t happen overnight. We work with you each session to target each challenge to make the path easier and move your career to the one you have desired, but may not have attained.
